I agree that I will not hold Bub Club pty ltd, including it's instructors liable for any injury, damage or loss sustained to myself or my child while attending any workshop/class. I agree that any and all information given to me does in no way replace the advice given by a qualified medical Doctor. Any action or inaction taken by myself on the advice of a Bub Club Instructor I do of my own free will. I agree that fees are to be paid monthly and not on a per lesson basis and I understand that any classes missed by me will not be refunded.
