3 Live Online Evening Sessions
Join us live on 3 consecutive Tuesday evenings from 6:00pm–8:30pm for our expert-led antenatal education sessions covering:

• Breastfeeding Foundations & Early Feeding Support
• Newborn Care & The Fourth Trimester
These live online classes allow you to learn in a relaxed environment without needing to spend multiple weekends away from home.
Worried about missing a class?
The course is repeated monthly and Virtual LIVE sessions are recorded for your
convenience. Should you not be able to make a session, you can either join in the next month or request a recording.
1 x In-Person Practical Hands-On Workshop
Then join us in person for a beautifully supportive, fun and interactive practical workshop on a Saturday morning from 8:30am–12:30pm at The Sett, Kensington Boulevard.
This session focuses on all the practical preparation couples truly benefit from seeing and practising in person, including:
• Labour positioning & breathing techniques
• Practical comfort measures for labour
• Nappy changing & newborn handling
• Bathing demonstrations
• Breastfeeding positioning & latch support
• Safe sleep & Safety 101
• Practical newborn tips & confidence building
