Antenatal Course in Durban North (In-Person) 

Spread over THREE consecutive Saturday mornings in Durban North.

  • Time: 8:30 – 12:30

  • Venues: Durban North (The Sett)

  • Cost: R2500 (medical aid claimable, scheme dependent)

  • Includes: Birth prep, caesarean section, newborn care, breastfeeding, infant CPR & choking protocols

  • Extras: Hospital bag checklist, Expectant Couples Guide, Irene Bourquin’s book, WhatsApp doula support, and a group community

Antenatal Course in Hillcrest Upper Highway
(In-Person PLUS 1 x online lesson)

A comprehensive 4 week course based in the Upper Highway. Spread over FOUR consecutive Tuesday evenings. ( 3 x in person and 1 x online Q&A )

  • Time: 17:00 - 19:30 

  • Venues: Private dining room at Ray's Kitchen, Emberton Estate Hillcrest.

  • Cost: R2150 (medical aid claimable, scheme dependent)

  • Includes: Vaginal birth prep, caesarean section prep, newborn care, breastfeeding & infant CPR & chocking protocols

  • Extras: Hospital bag checklist, Expectant Couples Guide, Irene Bourquin’s book, WhatsApp doula support, and a group community.
