Weekly group meet ups for mums and babies
from birth to 12 months.
This is not just another mums’ group. Bub Club Mummy & Me combines the expertise of a Postnatal Doula, Baby Sleep Coach, and Breastfeeding Coach in one supportive space. Each week is a mini workshop designed to give you confidence, skills, and connection for early motherhood, but don't worry, its not rigid and there is ample time to just chat and relax with other Mums.

Mummy & Me Meet Ups
Birth to 5 months
The early months of motherhood can feel beautiful, overwhelming, emotional, exhausting, and life changing all at once. During this tender season, both you and your baby are learning and growing together.
Our Birth to 5 Month Bub Club Mummy & Me Meet Ups are designed to gently support you through the fourth trimester and beyond, helping you feel calmer, more confident, and deeply supported as you settle into motherhood.
These weekly meet ups are far more than a traditional mums’ group. They are a safe, nurturing space where you can feed, cuddle, cry, learn, ask questions, and simply exhale alongside other mums walking the same journey.
For brand new mums and babies, we cover:
• Birth debriefing and emotional recovery
• Understanding baby’s cues, reflexes and temperament
• Feeding support including breastfeeding, bottle feeding and pumping
• Newborn sleep foundations and realistic expectations
• Soothing techniques, regulation and babywearing
• Early play, tummy time and development
• Matrescence and adjusting to motherhood
• Naps, nighttime sleep and regressions
• Growth spurts, leaps and first milestones
• Teething comfort strategies
• Sensory personalities and age-appropriate stimulation
• Returning to work and caregiver handovers
• Mum’s identity, self-care and emotional wellbeing
Hosted by a Childbirth Educator, Postnatal Doula, Baby Sleep Coach and Breastfeeding Coach, these classes combine evidence-based guidance with heartfelt support, helping mums feel seen, heard and empowered during one of the biggest transitions of their lives.
Most importantly, Bub Club Mummy & Me is a place where you’ll find your village.

Weekly 90-minute classes, but you can stay on afterwards for lunch or a picnic and walk your bub around the beautiful grounds

Mummy & Me Grow
6 to 12 months
As your baby grows from a little newborn into a busy, curious little person, motherhood shifts too. This stage brings exciting milestones, new challenges, growing independence, and often a whole new layer of questions for mums.
Our 6–12 month Bub Club Mummy & Me Meet Ups are designed to support both your baby’s development and your journey as a mother during this fast-moving season.
For mums and growing babies, we cover:
• Sleep changes, regressions and nap transitions
• Starting solids, feeding confidence and mealtime routines
• Separation anxiety and emotional development
• Crawling, standing, cruising and first steps
• Understanding behaviour, communication and temperament
• Sensory personalities and age-appropriate stimulation
• Returning to work, balance and wearing many hats
• Maintaining your identity, confidence and emotional wellbeing as a mum
• Creating healthy family rhythms and routines
• Boundaries, connection and responsive parenting
Alongside this, babies enjoy thoughtfully planned activities designed to support:
• Gross motor development
• Fine motor skills
• Sensory exploration and stimulation
• Music, movement and social interaction
• Confidence, curiosity and learning through play
• Messy play and creative exploration
These classes are far more than a stimulation group. They are a warm, supportive community where mums are nurtured too, guided by a Postnatal Doula, Baby Sleep Coach and Breastfeeding Coach who understands both baby development and the emotional journey of motherhood.

Some class includes digital resources and simple strategies you can use immediately from feeding and sleep tools to gentle play ideas and mindset practices that actually work.
