Comprehensive Antenatal Classes in Durban North

What's Included

Two Comprehensive In-Person Antenatal Classes

The heart of the Bub Club Antenatal Course is our two interactive in-person classes, where you'll spend time learning directly from our experienced perinatal team while connecting with other expectant parents.

Across these sessions, we cover everything from labour and birth to breastfeeding, newborn care and the early weeks of parenthood, with a strong focus on practical demonstrations, confidence-building and real-world preparation.

Topics include:

• Understanding labour and birth
• Birth positions and comfort measures
• Breathing and coping techniques
• Partner support during labour
• Breastfeeding foundations and positioning
• Newborn care essentials
• Nappy changing, bathing and winding
• Safe sleep and newborn safety
• The Fourth Trimester and life with a newborn

Two Live Online Masterclasses

To complement your in-person learning, you'll also receive access to two live online evening sessions.

These sessions allow us to dive deeper into key topics and provide additional education without requiring extra weekend commitments, making it easier for busy couples to fit comprehensive antenatal preparation into their schedules.

Caesarean Birth Bonus Module

Because every birth journey is unique, all couples receive access to our dedicated Caesarean Birth lesson to watch at a time that suits them.

Whether you're planning a caesarean birth, considering your options, or simply wanting to feel informed and prepared for all possibilities, this session provides valuable information and practical guidance.

Birth Confidence Kit

Every couple receives a Bub Club Birth Confidence Kit packed with practical resources and tools to support your journey into parenthood.

Ongoing Support & Q&A

Throughout the course, you'll have opportunities to ask questions, gain clarity and receive evidence-based guidance from our experienced team, ensuring you leave feeling informed, empowered and ready to welcome your baby.
